We are not a “track builder.” We have a variety of floor plans to use “as is” if you’d like to customize them to suit your personal style. We also welcome your own set of professional building plans or ideas.

Each Colyer built home is built with the highest quality and safety in mind. The team is continually up-to date with the newest building standards and expectations. Communication is key to a smooth building process; therefore all Project Milestones are updated daily. Once your home is completed, you will receive the Colyer Home Reference Manual which includes information on all the items that went into making the house your home.
