Ron, our fearless leader, has over 40 years experience in the construction industry and works directly with each client to ensure total and complete satisfaction throughout the building process. As a registered builder of the Building Industry Association of Louisville, he is committed to adhering to the high standards the Association requires.
This includes annual continuing education where he gains awareness of the latest construction methods and high-tech building methods. This also allows him to stay current with all building codes and regulations. He also keeps up with the design and decorating styles to offer his clients the latest trends in home building.
The foundation of his approach is in keeping the client’s vision and needs at the center of the entire process of the project.
Fred Engel, our Foreman, has been with the Colyer Construction team since 2003. Fred has over 30
years’ experience in homebuilding and remodeling. He manages and coordinates projects from
conception to completion. He supervises each job site to ensure safety, quality, and complete customer
satisfaction.
Hunter has worked as a project coordinator for over a decade in a variety of environments. Prior to
recently onboarding with Colyer Construction in 2023, Hunter earned a bachelor’s degree from
Georgetown College (KY) and was commissioned as an officer in the Kentucky Army National Guard. As a
project coordinator, Hunter uses his service background to work alongside each customer, while
planning and executing jobs with quality and efficiency.
