Fred Engel, our Foreman, has been with the Colyer Construction team since 2003. Fred has over 30 years experience in homebuilding and remodeling.
He manages and coordinates projects from conception to completion. He supervises each job site to ensure safety, quality, and complete customer satisfaction.

President
Ron, our team leader, has over 50 years of experience in the construction industry and works directly with each client to ensure total and complete satisfaction throughout the remodeling and building process. As a registered builder with the Building Industry Association of Louisville, he is committed to adhering to the high standards the Association requires, as well as, the high standards he sets for himself and the Colyer Construction team as owner of Colyer Construction.
Yearly continuing education is where he gains awareness of the latest construction methods and high-tech building methods. This also enables him to stay current with all building codes and regulations. He keeps up with innovative design and decorating styles to offer his clients the latest trends in home remodeling and building.
The foundation of Ron’s approach is keeping the client’s vision and needs, and satisfaction at the center of the entire process of the project.
